Resteraunts in Fontana
So my friends and I are going to Cali for JGTC/D1. There is about 18 of us so we are gonna try and meet up once for Dinner after one of the JGTC/D1 days but I have no idea whats in Fontana.
So just looking for some good resteraunts in Fontana area. Only requirements is it has to be able to seat all of us, open late, and serve alcohol, but also allow underagers. Any type of food, multiple suggestions are welcome. Oh and it obviously needs to take reservations.

i was raised in fontana... DONT go towards fontana unless you want jack in the box... hahah.... just get on foothill blvd and cruise towards rancho cucamonga... there are a lot of places to eat.... just pick one and go.. something that sounds 'native' if you want... or if you dont wanna go far, just go to ontario mills and eat at one of those places around the mall. BUT if you really wanna eat in fontana, get on sierra blvd cuz thats one of the main streets in fontana. hope that helps.

Word,
here in Rancho we have way more options than Fonteezee. Besides, Fontana is kinda sketchy.. Funny how a 10 minute drive west gets you into a "nicer' neighborhood. Anyway, let's see if I can name some places to meet your needs. 18 people is a bigass group. There's: Islands - Milliken and Foothill, about 5-10 min. from the track - good burgers and they serve beer, etc. Dave & Busters - Ontario Mills mall (Milliken and 4th streetish) - half nice restaurant and bar, half arcade (not sure if they have initial D) The Yard House - Victoria Gardens mall (Day Creek and Foothill) 138 beers on tap and decent food too. This place can get crowded though. Come to think of it, I might be going there Saturday with my buddies. Anyway, that's what I can come up with off the top of my head. Foothill Blvd is a good way to go, plenty of stuff along it. Cheers, C Last edited by S13 Charlie; 12-10-2004 at 03:57 PM.. Reason: excess of smileys.. |

I made this map for another forum:
http://www.phihoang.com/mapfinial.gif Resteraunts in Rancho Cucamonga: Claim Jumpers (foothill blvd and 15fwy meet. Same shopping center as 24hr walmart) Many in Terra Vista town center and Ontario mills (pat and osscor, rainforest cafe, etc.) Not sure how late these stays open. Denny is probably your best bet. Dennys (baseline ave and 15fwy, rochester and foothill blvd) Fontana is ghetto but places west of citris blvd and above foothill blvd are fine. We call it north fontana.

yea i would say get on the 10 west and get off on milliken there are the aforementioned pat & oscars but thats not open late and dave and busters. also there is an applebees theyre open til 1 am on saturdays and fridays they have a li'l bar, a hooters and there is the denny's where the empire Z club meets up.
i think the "streetracers" meet up at the mobil on milliken so there may be some cops around. |
