Is this fixable?

Long story short, ez out broke in a broken stud removal process. So I had to hack the stud hole.

So my question is, can aluminum heads be filled up and re-tap for a stud?

Very stupid mistake, and feel dumb as shit for asking something like this, but any advice would help.

Yes but depending where you take it, may not be cheap as they would need to clean the head, have someone with a tig welder fill it, then someone to drill and tap it. If you didnt get the broke stud out, then you will need to pay someone to extract it and fill it as well or just extract it and fill the opening a bit wider where it wont need threads.

I got a free head because of a similar issue.

There's nothing in there anymore, it's just a hole now. I'll have to do some calls tomorrow.

Going to be more work than it's worth, remember once they weld they will have to deck both the intake manifold flange and the head mating surface due to the heat.

I agree also, getting a new head will be the more realistic choice as of now. I appreciate the feed back

Drill it out. Install threaded insert. Install stud. Its just an exhaust manifold stud right?
