s14 96 s14... turn signal issue

I usually find all the info I need without an issue by researching, but I can't find anything similar to this... I have the FSM downloaded that I've been using on this.

The problem is, intermittently, when I turn the turn signal(either left or right) both left and right side signals turn on as if the hazards were on, but just the turn signal is engaged. I found that hitting bumps will make it do it and make it come out of it.

I've bypassed the switch, and the switch is good. I've checked all the grounds(besides for B13, I have not got there yet), and all the other grounds were good. I tried unplugging the rear harnesses(plugs over drivers rear strut tower), and the problem is still there.

Basically I'm posting this to see if anyone else has run into the same problem by chance?

I'm assuming about the only thing it could be is the power is crossing somewhere its not suppose to, just need to figure out where.

Thanks in advance for any help.

scratch this.

Found the issue. For future reference if anyone has a similar problem, the car is lowered, and the drivers front wheel was rubbing against the front harness.
