I've been paying with different BB and HTML codes for hours now and I'm getting pissed off. I've seen it done many times but I can't figure it out. I want the video to be displayed in the post where you can click play and watch it instead of a link. Anyone?

Go to YouTube. They have tons of how-to vids. If Photobucket is on the ball they'll have taken the initiative towards helping the customer by posting a how-to video on YouTube.

Thing is, did they take the initiative or are they twiddling their thumbs while they sit back and rake in the cash totally oblivious to providing quality customer service? No one likes wasting time - in your case hours - trying to figure out how to functionalize a dysfunctional program. We've all been there before. Life's too short for that.

I use Flickr. Photobucket charges ten bucks more for their service and I can't see why they're any better than Flickr is.
