I like how the internet cool guys are quick to jump on you about things so irrelevent to it all. Think of all the cars that crash up that have illegal tint, or illegal wheels, or bald tires, or etc etc stuff that end up not making a lick of difference. Then again, it's Zilvia...land of intenret lawyers and grad students.
Sucks man. Hope insurance works out in your favor with it all. Awesome story, crappy outcome.

god damn man you have to be the unluckiest person on the earth. that car was beautiful. given its a 98 original 5 speed it might be worth fixing... they didn't make a whole lot of those...
and maybe its the direction of the trip causing the poor kouki luck, I made a very similar one but east to west and had zero incidents:/ |

You have a outlook most should have. I'm glad to see you realize what you lost can be replaced or recoup'd and are moving on. That last accident could have played out way worse.

Really sorry about your situation dude. Thats a frickin nightmare.
That being said, thank you. Im taking a road trip to San Diego in June from Michigan. Ive been debating taking my newly rebuilt s13. I know i shouldnt take it but its sooo hard to resist taking my car to San Diego. After reading your story ive officially decided im deffinetly going to be renting a car for the trip. Good luck on the partout. |

Frame could be straightened. With insurance checks coming from 2 different incidents, you could probably get it covered between the 2. '98 are extremely rare. Please don't part out.

It's a shame really, car had some potential. I own the black kouki with the vertex kit and red wheels, I saw your car when I rolled in for the Society Show (sardine can carshow btw). Sorry to hear about your misfortune dude driving a modded car long distance is hella sketch especially with how performance oriented the car was (solid bushings and welded diff) those probably make the thing a handful in less favorable conditions.
