Increasing boost.... couple questions

Question foryou guys. I've been reading around for opinions on what to run on a stock t25 turbo, and everyones answers are different. I was wondering what you think I should run with these mods, and if you have any input on what settings to get it at with the AVC-R, thanks:

Apexi Turbo Timer
Apexi EL2 Black Face Boost Gauge
Apexi N1 EXV Coilovers
Apexi N1 Downpipe
Apexi N1 Evo 1 Piece Catback Exhaust
Apexi Super Intake Kit
Apexi Twin Chamber Blow Off Valve
Apexi AVC-R
JDM Viscous LSD & 5 Bolt Axles
Kazama Testpipe (3")
R34 GTR Fuel Pump
Racing Battery
NGK Iridium IX Sparkplugs (BKR6EIX-11)
Greddy VSPL FMIC Kit 24V

FYI the coilovers and vlsd are irrelevant. The best thing to do is get a fuel computer (safc2 is the cheapest) and get it TUNED. Without tuning you could probably boost up to 12lbs and still be safe. With tuning the t2small will max out at 14-15lbs iirc. Other people may be more aggressive, but I think that opinion will change once they blow their motors and realize how much it costs to fix.

ok back on topic...

the * represents items that do not have anything to do with how much you should increase your boost....

Apexi Turbo Timer *
Apexi EL2 Black Face Boost Gauge *
Apexi N1 EXV Coilovers *
Apexi N1 Downpipe
Apexi N1 Evo 1 Piece Catback Exhaust
Apexi Super Intake Kit
Apexi Twin Chamber Blow Off Valve
Apexi AVC-R
JDM Viscous LSD & 5 Bolt Axles *
Kazama Testpipe (3")
R34 GTR Fuel Pump
Racing Battery *
NGK Iridium IX Sparkplugs (BKR6EIX-11)
Greddy VSPL FMIC Kit 24V

if I were you I would boost lower then 12lb. (this is the threshold of safe operation, without anything breaking) stay under 10lb. until you get bigger injectors. 370's run at 100% duty cycle at 12lb. which is not good for you injectors. (injector failure!!! would result if they were run at 100% all the time) the max I would run is 80% duty, which is at about 10lb.

That is absolutely not true. At 12psi on an SR powered by a t25, you are definitely not going to be running your 370cc injectors at max duty. You could possibly do it with a t28 but definitely not a t25.
