Likelihood of rotor damage in shipment?

I got a pair of brembo z32 rotors last week and the corner of box that they were shipped in was broken down the corner of it and the box that the bottom rotor was in was squnched up so they sent me a second pair today. The exterior box looked fine but the brembo boxes on the inside looked worse condition than the other ones did. These rotors have lot of dust on them and the ones had some type of lubricant on them. I'm wondering is it likely that they are warped. I still have the first set they sent so I could use either set. Just wondering if it's likely I'm going to have problems with them or not?

it would require a fleet of UPS trucks driving over the rotors, at once, to warp them.

Your ok

Factory lube to protect them from rusting(I'd assume). Just hit them with brake cleaner before install and you're good. And don't worry about the smell/smoke after you "break" them in. It's just burn off from brake cleaner/etc.

yes i did a search on this question.

On other thing. The second set of rotors had a lot of dust on them but after removing it the surface was rough like fine grit sand paper where the first set was farily smooth and came in plastic. I'm surprised Brembo wouldn't be totally consistent in their packaging.

just put the rotors on and if they feel funny after a thousand miles then you may have a problem
