Unhappy spun out and hit a curb :(

whats up guys. yesterday on my way to work around 3am, i was taking the turn to go into safeway parking lot. when i took the turn, my front passenger wheel clipped the curb and my car began spining out about 4 times. I finally came to a stop when i slammed dead on into a curb i had just bought this 240 4 days ago my 2 front wheels are pushed back about 5 inches. and are scrapping the mudflaps. The 17'' adr rims are all bent a little and 1 has a major crack. when i got out of the car to look at the damage. i noticed my exhaust system laying on the curb i hit! it ripped through the piping my cat is fine though! thank god. so i guess this makes me upgrade to a catback exhaust. or some custom 2.5 inch pipind with a nice n1 tip or something. i also bent my oil pan pretty badly and i'm afraid i might have damaged my pikcup and my oil pump i took it over to my friends in jiffy lube. and when we lifted it up we noticed that my front 2 tie rods are bent inwards pretty badly.

apeclogan is helping me out my mailing me some tie rods for an s13.

but now i need a sohc s13 oil pan. if anyone has one laying around i would greatly appreciate it! i will buy it/ borrow it / accept it as a gift.

i took my car to the shop. and they said it can take up to 900$ in repair. but if i supply my own parts they will charge me just for the labor, and there is no warranty on my own parts.

like all 240sx owners i am on a budget. so i'm trying to get all my own parts.

thank you again logan for those tie rods. +biillllion props bro. thanks for looking out.

here are the things i need:

s13 sohc oil pan. new/used/banged as long as it can hold oil, and wont mess up the pump or pikcup.

and i need another pair of enkie rikens. ( i do have a local friend, who i might purcahse from...so i'm pending on that.)

anyone got any ideas? or comments?

haha yea i do have bad luck. well i was going maybe about 20 mph, but i was braking at the same time. so when i took the turn my front wheels clipped it. and i began slidding sideways. but then all my cars momentum was spinning, that i clipped another curb, which then sent my spinning in circles.

i went over to nissan factory and bought the things that i needed to fix my car. and since i'm cool with the guys at the shop the total damage amount wil be around 400-500 $

and this is including.
just labor for about 4-5 hours.

i'm going to be at the shop, to watch and kick it with the guys, and to get some experience. maybe some hands on.

hopefully i can make it to the nissan photoshoot.

+RIP 89 s13 in my sig

the safeway i work at is here in lafayette, i hit the curb over here

ne who i really need some help now..

about 2 months ago i bought a pair of some enkie rikens with 15x7 with +15 offset. they look so sweet. the only problem is the mechanics here at the shop say i need to find 2 more rims and tires because my ADR's are cracked and bent pretty bad, that they will flatten my tires fast.

does anyone in the bay area have some enkie rikens to match my set? or have any kind of meshies or anything! that i can TEMPORAIRLY put on my car? i can leave you my whole set of ADR's 3 are a bit bent and 1 is cracked.

i just need some shoes for my baby!!
or can i make payments to someone for thier rikens or meshies?

i know my friend ben was going to trade me for his, but the only problem is that i dont have the other se alloys to trade for yet!

can anyone pleeeasseee help me? if you have a pair of 15x7 meshies or anything just laying around either in your house or your garage can i pleeeeassee borrow them? i will leave all my identification, and my adr's.

here is my cell number. 925-876-6004 -anthony

i have really low minutes. so if i dont pick up, then thats why. lol i'll check my calls from my house phone.

it was the entrace on the side, not that main 2 way entrace. on the side next to the gas station. i was pulling in.. and i clipped the curb. then i got sent spinning. and i finally stop after hitting a big islan curb.

from that entrance... that just multiplies the fact of me not understanding how u even did what you did.... you either had to have been falling asleep, a horible driver... or tried to be a G and went super fast and try to drift into the lot. but failed horribly...

clipping a curb at 20 mph does not... make u spin 4 times.. hit yet another curb to bend both tie rods, push back your two front wheels, crack/bend all 4 rims, dent an oil pan and bust an exhuast...

i think u were goin alot faster buddy...on the freeway i got nudged from a wreckless driver into a tire on the 91 freeway and only spun 2 times goin 68 mph. i dont how a curb can send someone spinning that much unless the curb was commin at u at 45+ mph..god i hate those wreckless driving curbs

20pmh sent you spinning 4 times? I somehow do not believe that, neither does logic. Even if it was wet or icy, 4 times? Going 20mph doesn't have the force necessary to spin a car 4 times.

Sorry to hear about your car though. Get her fixed soon!

fucking jerks i swear! lol justplaying.

okay for the record here we go...

i was getting off the freeway, i made that little looping turn going downhill under bart. i noticed that the albertsons parking lot was the next right. i was driving maybe aobut 40 going down that hill. i starting braking my car to make the turn. i slowed down to about 25 mph. when i made the quick turn my front passenger wheel kicked the curb and my steering wheel jolted roughly. i braked hard after i hit the curb ( dont know why) i then started spinning with the rain/ hail aproxementaly 3 1/2 turns. maybe 4. it happened so fast iwas scared. i ended up getting traction back and i got control of the car. RIght when i got control of the car i slammed into an island. going aobut 20 NO JOKE. my car was LOWERED like 1'' off the floor. so when i hit the curb, my front bumper got unaligned, i scrapped my crossmembers, dented my oil pan. and dented all 3 wheels are cracked 1 rim. when i was going over the curb i heard real sharp scraping noises. so when i finally got my car off of the curb. THERE was my cat back system. laying right next to the curb.i bent my tie rods after i hit the curb. and my wheels were pushed back all the way to the mud flaps.

now if you guys are going to stay there and call me a liar some more. then you guys can take a cruise down to lafayette, and check out the curb. my fucking exhaust scrape marks are still there and so are my tire marks. the tire marks arnt so deep because it was raining alot that day. you can also see my skid marks on the floor.

now please dont criticize me about my accident, it was a real scary feeling, and very unfortunate because i only had that car for 3 days before the accident. thank you.
