Dead spot @ low rpm???

Exactly what it says on the title and thats exactly what the smog guy told me. So i wrote those exact words on the "search" bar and couldnt find a thing. Even looked through NICO.com but no help from there either.

Stock KADE S13
Z fuel filter
Catback exhaust

So the car purrs perfect @ idle but when i start going at a slow speed, roughly anything under 2K-3K rpm, I get this dead stall on the motor to the point where the rpm would drop to idle then it would shoot me back up to 3K rpm. You can say it bogs i guess, but bogging/sputtering is different from whats going on here though.

Ive cleaned the MAF, TB, IACV. Im thinking of having bad TPS, where it doesnt operate correctly when slightly open. The car idles fine and drives like a dream at higher speed. That first go kinda kills it though.

Any help or suggestion is welcome. Im also in the verge of swapping injectors. Im not totally sure if thats the case, but i have 370cc lying around here. Though its not a good idea to put 370cc on a N/A KA. Just a thought.

Just want to mention the car does not have a CEL code out. It did before but it was due to a vacuum leak on the EGR system or i would like to thinkg, i fixed the busted hose and CEL went away.

I would try the TPS first not too expensive... If you've got a buddy with a KADE borrow theirs for testing.

...or test it with a multimeter...extremely easy, that is assuming you have a multimeter. If the voltage readings come out wrong you can try adjusting it.
