Is that downpipe for a SOHC or DOHC? If it'll work on a DOHC, and is in proper working condition how much would you want for it?

Okay, If you don't mind explaining, what are the differences? I ask because I am in need of one for a dual cam that I am putting together. I have the manifold section, I just need the 2 into 1 section (downpipe).
