Fresh RB20 into s13 swap not getting spark?!?!?

Hey guys trying to get my wifes vert running finally. Just got the swap all wired in(done by one of the best on this site!) and everything seems to be ok. Compression is good. Im just trying to get the 1st start up to fire up and I cant seem to get spark.

I have tried 2 different ignitor chips, 2 ecu's. I also checked grounds, they seem ok. How do I check the ignitor chips to make sure they are good. Ive been searching for the diagram and for some reason I cant seem to find it. The ones with which terminals to hook my meter to read for resistance.

I pulled the CAS out and did the spin check with the fuel pump off and all six injectors are definately firing. Plus I flooded the motor out yesterday trying to get it to turn over. But I plugged in my spark tester into the #6 coilpack and nothing.

Should I get spark simply by turning the CAS? Could my CAS be bad if no spark? Anything else to look for which would cause a no spark issue? Luckily I do have a spare CAS as well...

Sorry for all of the questions. Just in a rut and would love to get her to fire up for just a second before I button her all up and tow her for all the custom piping that has to be fabbed up still. thanks guys!!!

hmmm i just finishing up on mine too and im only fireing on 1 cylinder sometimes 2 if it feels like it. but that only because my ecus is fried (brother hooked a battery charger to the car with no battery and it got like 60Vs straight to the ecu). so i got a new one on its way should be here today. but at first i had a bad ground on the ignitor chip. check voltage coming out of the ecu and check it at the ignitor and after the ignitor. should have 5v at the coils for signal. theres a constant 12v wire, ground, and the signal(pink except for cylinder 1 which is black). mainly make sure your getting spark when you turn the CAS. if you get no spark then check ecu and if that gets voltage around 1.5 i think then check before the ignitor to make sure you have no breaks in the wires, if thats good then check after the ignitor should be 5v when you turn the CAS. and if that gets good voltage then check coils. and get a condinuity tester to make sure you have a good ground.
