Hey there this question generally goes out the the drifters here. soo...

after spending a whole season on Eibach pro kit springs and KYB GR2 shocks...with mad body roll..while still finishing top 3 in almost every event i entered. i figured it was time for a change to coilovers.i felt like i learnt as mush as possible on this set up.

I recently bought a set of stance coilovers for my 240sx. now ive never done any type of suspention upgrades other then the strut bars and sway bars front and rear, also thicker adjustable TC rods im just wondering what people have there coilover set up ? what worked for you and what did not. all i know is im going to install them and then going to get a proper alignment on them after that im pretty unclear on how i should set them up...ride height..ect the spring rates are 8 in the front and 6 in the rear..

any advise would be great! thanks guys!
