s14 Weird sr20 redtop problem.

So I pulled my front bumper off to tighten up my intercooler, put my bumper back on, and everything's good. But when I drove it, I noticed that A) It is idling fine but is now running rich when driving it and B) That my blinkers/hazards don't work anymore. I've tried searching and found nothing, so either this is some one-off problem or I'm retarded, but either way any help would be appreciated!

First, these problems are very likely unrelated.

Hazards problem:
make sure that you didn't short a wire while messing the the bumper, also check fuses ( I can't remember locations it's been a loooong time since I used oem wiring / fuse blocks )

Rich problem:
Have you checked your ecu for fault codes? That will give you a place to start.

Yeah I figured out the running rich problem today, one of my intercooler piping connections had a tiny leak, and yeah I'm gonna check my fuses tomorrow
