My bud is swapping a sr in his s14 , where is the best place to get a wiring harness , any self made harness so he can just plug everything where it goes or are they all regular harness that have to be cut and extended to fit the 240?

Add - he got a s13 sr and a s14 sr both good which engine would be best we want a plug and play harness
