Need help, S15 SR20 running very rich. Cutting out after 5k RPM
Alright. So I have an S14 with an S15 motor swap, stock S15 turbo, Z32 MAF, 550 cc injectors, splitfire coils, Nistune type 4 ECU, Wally 255 fuel pump, big FMIC, other stuff that doesn't seem relevant right now. The thing always runs rich. Coasting to a stop, the AFR reads sub 10's but will eventually climb to about 13 if it sits long enough. under any kind of load, it reads 11s and 10s and just reads 10.0 (likely below that though) at anything past about a quarter throttle. At WOT it cuts out at around 5 K RPM's. I've tried messing with the nistune a little, resized the injectors and changed the MAF. The K Value reads about 23 grand but it still runs super rich. I'm just completely out of ideas. Anyone have any thoughts?

Are you running a fuel pressure regulator? I would suggest testing fuel pressure, look for leaks around your charge pipes, and test your injectors for leaky o rings. If all else fails, check the timing as well

clean your maf, check if your blow off is leaking might be a good place to check as well. In nistune, try to see if there any consult gauges aren't working. I would also take a look under the consult view if your nistune is reading 02 correctly then try to rev your car, the 02 sensor gauge should fluctuate If not then make sure o2 is checked under flags(or o2 sensor is broken if its already checked) i had that happen once when my tuner forgot to activate it which caused my car to run rich.

pulled the map off the nistune, readjusted the K's, re-uploaded the map. Now it's running out to redline with a minor hickup around 6k.
