Someone correct me if I'm wrong b/c I'm definitely not sure of this...
wouldn't the 16x8 with +38 offset fit perfectly? I was thinking the correct offset for a 240 is +38 or +40 or something like that. Besides the 8" width would look better. http://www.takakaira.com/php/table.php3?id=31&cat=5 (Edited by LanceS13 at 2:34 pm on July 3, 2001) |

Oh yeah, check out www.tirerack.com and www.discounttiredirect.com for more wheel options. I got some 16x7.5 Borbet Type T's for $75 a pop...course they are a bit heavy at 19lbs but it was still a deal.

Its different per car and per wheel. On my Work Wheels from Japan I am going to be running a 17x8 +30 High Disc and a 17x9 +35. But this is because of my HUGE brakes.

Yeah, I guess the ideal offset would change with the width...I dunno, I did it the idiot way--called tirerack and told them to give me something that would fit

Yea, shawn @ autoimaging.com was nice enough and smart enough to know the perfect offset for my 240SX and my old 5Zigen wheels. Make sure and research the offset you are getting because it has a lot to do with how the car handles.
