I have seen two of these on ebay. One had wire that were cut, and this one seems to have all the wires. Would this work in my 1990 240sx?

Like i've said to a ton of people....NO....you need a new electronic motor for the blower control...good luck finding one (its a JDM only part) you need the temp sensor...and the associated harness that it plugs into.....it really is a can of worms.....to give you an idea how hard it is.....on the nissan altima this was an option, however practically no one converts an non digital climate control because of the wiring issues.

You could make it work if you had a complete setup (all sensors, wiring harnesses, blower servo, head unit, fuse box, etc). The hard part would be attempting to splice into the original wiring to make it work...or...re-running the new harness throughout the front end of your car. Plus, Im not sure if the digital control is tied into the CPU, so....if thats the case......yer screwed unless you did the SR swap.

I know on the ebay auctions, it says "Only works with sr20det swaps"
So yeah. I'd think it would work if you put the whole clip on your car. -Jeff |
