Legit seller. He set up a paypal account because I wasn't comfortable with a money order. Shipped even though he said no shipping in his listing. I've only glanced at the wheels I received, but so far they're in exactly the condition he stated. He took pictures on request and also sent pictures of the shipment + tracking number without prompt. Great seller to deal with!
