ls1 swap
Hi i have a couple of questions.
Can you use ka24de motor mounts and use them for the ls1? Also what fan is the best to use? And lastly do i need a different rear axel or can i use stock? Thanks. No need for smart ass replies seriously. |

You need an ls swap kit to mount the engine which probably don't use factory bushings if that's the mount you're talking about. I use a Ford Taurus fan on low speed and it works great, fast, lost of air. Altima fans work, mishimoto fans should work. Stock rear axle works as its way overkill for our ka24's anyways.
And honestly this could all be found by researching v8 swap threads, which is why I know. Sent from Skynet |

Yup a S-Chassis. But iv help my father put an ls into his Chevy nova. Iv also helped remove one and have to install another. But I got my own ride and the ka motor has a broken head gasket and I know nothing bout ka motors so imma put what I know into my car which is an ls. But I don't know what I need for this chassis really and iv done research but I want lots of information.
