Hi, i bougth a few month ago, from a member, i pay via paypal ( im from outside to us)and i dont recive anything, the seller says " I lost your adress, 2 month later"
before this, i Resend my adress, and he dissapear ( 3 month ago) he dosnt me tracking number,or nothing.

im pay 191 U$S for a pair of power folding mirror i have the paypal transaction, the Pm, etc etc

Sorry my bad english, anyone knows how to proceed?

I think you are out of luck, you can open a claim through paypal but it normally has to be fairly soon, like within 2 weeks.

If you haven't done anything in over 3 months, then your money is probably gone.

You had to open a claim within 60 days after that do not bother because paypal will not process your claim

You had to take action quick as soon as you noticed it was taking long and not answering. Try calling Paypal and see if you still have hope for getting your money back.

Call up your credit card, you can dispute with them a lot easier than PayPal. I had to do it for something that was over 6mo. later and they still refunded my $.
