Start with Google.
Most people deal with Engine and Transmission in a Semi-Local setting, because it costs a lot of money for shipping heavy/oily things like engines and transmissions.

One-off shipping is going to be expensive. Unless you know a company with a contract, you will pay full price vs the 60% discount for an account holder. Shipping from NY to FL, for example, used to run about $100 for a trans WITH my 60% discount.
R&L Carriers Yellow Freight Old Dominion All those will allow you to schedule a pickup online for COD delivery. You would need to securely box, strap & wrap all the parts on a pallet (free look at auto parts stores). Wrap with saran wrap, strap down with $15 ratcheting straps from Home Depot. Honestly, shipping a trans is risky. They are longer than a standard pallet and will the tail will hang off. Easy to get smashed - I had at least 4 claims for damage on transmission shipments. Try to box it up so nothing can damage the tail and use insurance. I'm not sure if Greyhound will ship a transmission but you could check I hear it is a lot cheaper. Pickup is at the nearest bus terminal. |

well in that case just get a big enough box put everything in it and fill it with packaging stuffing to protect it then get insurance and write fragel on it and take it to UPS there the cheapest
