93 240sx front speaker brackets

Hi everyone, I bought a kenwood after market 4x6 speakers. but they wont match my OEM speaker bracket. the nissan guy told me that the 240sx brackets are too old, none of the aftermarket speakers will. what would be my best option?

I have the round magnet, its just that the shape of the kenwood bracket wont fit into the OEM one.

Remove the whole mount, then install MDF board (cut to fit) with sheet metal screws. Worked well on our 4X6 ovals.
