I found this "Real Deal" on Fatman Racing's website and was wondering what your opinions are of this product and the price.  It's advertising a Centerforce Dual Friction Clutch (through Performance International) for the 240SX for $215.58 USD.

What are your opinions on this clutch?  Is this a good deal?

Centerforce clutches are garbage, do not buy one. My pressure plate died at 13000 miles. The pedal wouldn't come back up and it was slipping. Put in a new ACT everythings fine now. Take my word, better safe than sorry

Spend an extra 60 or so and get the ACT Street disc. Enjukuracing.com or coximports.com has them for cheap.

yea they are worth nothing, my brother had one and it was gone in 3 months. Now he has an ACT and it is so awesome. It puts so much more power threw. He can chirp 4th gear now(around 85 mph and he only has a pretty well moded V6 MX6) you can't do that with a Centerforce. They truly suck.

Thanks guys! &nbsp;Since I'm not sure what's wrong with my car yet, I thought I'd start doing a bit of research just in case it's my clutch. &nbsp;I appreciate your opinions and facts! <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>
