Hi all,

This is my first post here on zilvia. I recently picked up a 91 240sx hatch to have as a secondary car/ fun weekend warrior.

Anyways on to my question, the car itself is in pretty good condition, although the pop up sunroof seems to be loose at the "hinges" towards the front of the car. How would I go about tightening these? Do I have to undo the whole black trim going around the sunroof? I have searched and haven't really found something specific to my question.

Undo the latch, lift sunroof up and try tightening the screws at the hinges. See what happens and let us know the verdict.

Add a couple of washers to tighten down the lid towards the roof. Reduces whisteling wind noise at high speed.
