Power Steering HELP!

I noticed the problem a long time ago. I would turn the wheel one way and cut it back the other and it would feel like pulling a pallet of bricks. Now im obviously losing PS fluid and the steering wheel shakes around 40 - 45. I pulled the inner rod boots backs and thats where i saw fluid. Is this something i can rebuild? or do i need a new rack. If so how do i go about it?

Get a rebuilt rack, you can rebuild it yourself but it's 10x the work. They run about $225.
