Condensation in coolant line to radiator problem? Pics?

I've got a koyo radiator with the coolant resevior to the right of it in the pics. I've noticed the coolant is only half way through the line and the other half closest to the radiator just has condensation in it and none of the green goodness. Is this a normal occurance? The coolant level was low but I filled it, I am not getting any overheating either according to my temp guage.

You're fine, I wouldn't worry about it. I couldn't imagine "bleeding" that line. Besides you would loose that once you opened the cap again.
