I'm still a struggling student, but have turbo dreams. I want to get an idea what I'm in for. Possible engine problems, upgrades which work well with the kit, or against the kit. Anything you guys have heard of or experienced.

I know to install suspension, clutch and breaks on the side, but injectors, ecu's, should I wait for these???

You'll need bigger injectors, fuel rail, and fuel filter to run your car without detonation.  And a reprogrammed ECU to pump the fuel through the larger injectors without running mega-rich.
You will have to change the internals of your car, since the s13 KA has a weaker bottom end.  You're clutch won't handle the HP from what I've heard... you'll need a new one.

Whoah now, it all depends on how much boost he's running. The car should be able to handle up to ~230 hp on stock internals. Follow the first paragraph of upgrades when you get your turbo, but unless yer pushing the boost way up, you won't need to rebuild your engine.

Buy a air/fuel ratio gauge. It will really help you gauge how much in fuel upgrades you'll need. And listen for pinging (sounds like metal playing cards being shuffled). Most turbo kits come with the ecu etc. Check rollhard.com to see the different kits and what they come with.
