2 ?s: flywheels and VINs

Flywheels first:
I have 2 flywheels, one with minimal stress cracks in a radial pattern, the other with what looks to be some bad hot-spotting. What flywheel do you guys think would be best to reuse?

VINs: For those of you who've swapped dashes (or interiors for that matter), did you just get some simple rivets to hold the old VIN to the new dash, or what? What method did you use?

I would go with the flywheel that has hot spots, just take it and get it resurfaced and it should remove all of the spots. My SR flywheels had a few on it and was perfect when I got it resurfaced.

As far as vins I have never done it but i would say just get some rivets that should work fine.
