Well since the June 6th Palo Alto Event got cancelled, I still wanted to throw something this month to get everyone together! Well here's the details->

MEET AT THE MARINA
JUNE 13th 2004
10am-2pm
San Leandro, Ca

The Marina is a very popular place for families to hold picnics and parties...with graduation and birthdays, it will be a busy day at the Marina. If we arrrive early, we can NAB a few parking lots.... I can NOT stress it enough to arrive early like at 10am to get good parking with your crew or friends. It would be nice to be set-up by 10-10:30am - don't blame me or anyone if you decide to make a late arrival and there's NO PARKING FOR YOU JUST WAKE UP EARLY AND ARRIVE THERE on or before 10am to insure a good spot -

We have 16 trophies to give out to differant cars, ranging from Best of Show, Best Import, Domestic, best Euro, best wrx/sti, evo, and honda...etc.... 16 total......

AGAIN AGAIN AGAIN......We can NOT reserve an entire parking lot like we did in Japantown's Function Before Fashion meet in January - so you have to arrive ontime to get a good spot and be able to park w/your crew or friends - ARRIVAL TIMES SHOULD BE 9am - The Marina is in San Leandro which is about 10 minutes south of the Oakland Stadium and about 15 minutes north of Union CIty Krispy Kreme/union landing shopping center- It's a huge park with plenty of parking and great views of the BAY - it's a little windy there so don't forget your kite and jacket! Although June weather is nice, you never know here in the bay area....

directions:
880 to San Leandro
exit Marina Parkway (WEST towards the bay)
go about 1.5-2 miles till you hit the deadend & the marina park and parking lot
veer left and it's the first parking lot on your right - Right in front of the EL TORITO restaurant - Enough parking for over 200 cars -

The last time we threw a free meet, over 450 plus cars showed up and was a lot of fun - it's on the latest 360 video, anyone see it? FUNCTION BEFORE FASHION in Japantown San Francisco was awesome! I am planning to BBQ for my family and crew friends---> you can also plan your own crew bbq or potluck on your own....

if you are one of those few people who act immature at UC TAPIOCA EXPRESS on friday nights who do high speed passes with a lot of people in the parking lot or try and drift but only end up doing donuts, please do NOT show up - this event is for the mature car enthusiast who don't need the drama - you're immature driving can hurt someone & you're actions bring the police around and start asking people to leave or pop hoods.... we don't need that! MATURE PEOPLE ONLY! Wreckless driving and inappropiate behavior is NOT WELCOMED!

again this is a FREE EVENT to anyone who wants to come and visit - ton's to do so bring your kids, mountain bike, dog, or your friends - huge park and beautiful setting at the Marina....ARRIVE EARLY TO GET GOOD PARKING!

haha yeah duude, my friends was talkin about the paw prints....you can see them really clearly cause your car is SUPER clean/shiney with the paw prints. looks pretty cool
