Engine stumbes, runs for a few seconds when turned off

I've been having a strange problem recently, and I have no clue what it is. When I turn the ignition off, the car attempts to run for a few seconds, stumbles a little, and the engine rumbles and finally shuts off, rattling the whole car....I honestly have no clue what the problem could be, and don't even know where to start with this one.\

It wouldn't bother me too much, but the engine acts REALLY harsh after I shut it off while stumbling to a stop. Also, when I try to start the car back up, it acts as if the engine is flooded, and it has trouble starting for a few seconds....

Any ideas?

I'm using an SAFC for fuel control FWIW, but I haven't made any changes to the settings recently.

The only recent mod I've done is my electric fan setup..Could this problem somehow be related to the electric fan in a weird way? that just sounds crazy...

My opinion is that the engine is still getting fuel somehow after shutoff, but I don't know what could cause that.

Your more than likely using cheap gas. Which is causing this problem. Or your timing is advanced too much causing it to stumble.
