I was thinking about getting some type of meet together out in the la area. Some time at the end of September. Not a for sure thing just wanted to see what people think.

Any ideas about what to do shout them out.

If there is enough people that are down to come then me and my friends will go a head and set something up.

brilliant, a friend of mine is trying to arrange a torrance meet, we got a few people so far that's interested. He's going back to san diego a couple weeks from now for school, so i'm thinking maybe we can make it like next saterday or something

Out of curiosity, to get there from Long Beach, you take the 710N to the 60? And then what exit do you take?

710 North to the 60 East. Then you exit Fullerton staying in the middle lane. You'll see a Shell gas station to the left, just drive straight into Diamond Square. Drive all the way to the back, the meets usually occur in the furtherest parking lot behind an empty 99 Ranch Supermarket.

Last week, there were about 6 S14s there. Mostly, you'll see Subaru WRX/Imprezas, Mazdaspeeds and Scions there. But I haven't seen the Scion folks for a few weeks already. Once in awhile, there are some 86s there too. Also, sometimes those meets will draw out unwanted ricers. :hammer:

No not really, however Palos Verdes seems to have some okay roads. I'll look into it.

life plaza's a good spot though, lots of cars meet up there, some guy owns and R34 too, comes down every so often. I go shoot pool there all the time, funny i never realized there was a 240 meet, guess it's cause you guys hide in the far parking lot, heh, i'll be sure to come down as soon as my car's done.

also PV i'd recomend not racing up there...lotsa cops...lotsa dark streets means lotsa tickets.

how about by the 24 hour Starbucks in Torrance located on Crenshaw/Lomita. I held a Club4AG meet there before long time ago without any problems. hmmmm also how about the IPC paking lot... there is Tapioca Express next door. -just some suggestions. I think that it doesnt really matter where you go as long as people can control themselfs and not drive like they are at a Drift Day event in the parking lot and bring negative attention to the rest of those attending the meet.

thats a known hot spot that cops write loitering tix outside of and pull ppl over. cuz its a ricer spot to meet every friday.

yes definitely hot. That spot used to be very chill...used to have meets there every weekend without any problems from the 5-0. Then one night, they just tripped. I remember when i got there i saw an R34 being checked up and down by the cops, they were giving tickets for no front license plates, loitering, anything and everything. Dunno what the sudden change came from. One day everything's cool the next everything's gone to hell...sucks.

thats ok, dont needa meet just for us torrance people to get together. actually its easier if we dont have a meet. less people = less trouble.

matt the right way to make a meet is set X day and say show up, and not care what others say.

Ok i have decided on a day here is the information:

The meet is going to be at Tapioca Express in gardena
-September 27th at around 8:00pm
-Everyone and anyone is welcome

-Tapioca Express Gardena is located in the shopping plaza on the
northwest corner of Artesia Blvd. and Normandie Ave. The 110, 91,
and 405 freeways are all just blocks away!

might stop by taking s13 coupe and friends hatch to touge dorifto. cop warnings are bs, been up there on and off for 3 years. Depends on time of night and helps if you have a scanner.

Yea not to many scions go to life i dont think the suby guys where to happy about the scions showing up. There is no room for the scion guys anyways at life to many of them.
