We went to the track last night w/ our new turbo kit on the car. The car performed even better than we thought it would. Traction is a problem still. But, the car is SO FAST. I went 12.2 @ 126.6 with an aweful 60ft (2.28) The car either tears up the tires or bogs. I need to practice launching some, but it is hard at the track here when you spend all night and get only 2 runs in.

We were really only expecting 118mph out of the car. I didnt even have the boost turned up as high as we did when we put down 393hp to the wheels. I think I was at about 20psi on the turbo kit. And the clutch was slipping in 4th gear (Time for a SPEC Stage 3). I think the car has 128mph in it easy with some better driving and easy 11's.

For those of you running these kind of #'s what kind of tires and suspension setups are you running?

Thanks guys,
Ken

Have you replaced your subframe busings? If not, try those aluminum spacers to help your launches.

We have a Kazz LSD and yea we put the subframe spacers on little while ago. They helped out a lot with the wheel hop.

Thanks,
Ken

Do have a roll cage or any other stuctural stiffening aids(foam, welds, submembers)? Did you have to make the car stronger anywhere to prevent bending, tears or other stresses to the vehicle? Is there any preloaded suspension pieces? Just wondering, your car sounds extremely fun. Itmakes me jealous in a good way

Nope, no cage in the car yet.... it will be put in shortly.

Here is a link to the time slip www.enjukuracing.com/images/12.2.jpg

I am going to be going back out to the track tomorrow for some more runs. Need to practice that launch and get into the 11's. Should be easy.

Then the car will take a rest, while we finish production on the turbo kits and some extras put on the car!!!

Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks for the compliments.

Ken

NissData is not seen. It is just an ECU chip. If we sell the chips with the kit it will be a generic pre-programmed tune. For better tunning you would want to put the car on the dyno.

Thanks,
Ken
