96 s14 engine woes.

Got a 96 s14 hooked it up to my scanner.
B1s1 o2 stuck at .000 volts at idle. When driving it works like its supposed to before I replaced it it was stuck at 1.275V
B1s2 o2 reads .020 at idle fluctuates when driving up to .800 V.
Car randomly dies immediately after start up and sometimes doesnt.
When I turn the wheel at idle it sometimes wants to die. Only sometimes. Car is throwing 0 codes. Only way the car runs right is if I advance it the timing.

Just did a full tune up. wires plugs cap rotor and fuel filter. seafoam through brake booster line and air intake system cleaner and it seems to have taken care of the problem. It was probably just a dirty IACV IDK?
Did it all for the price of freeeeeeeeeeeeee. I love my job sometimes.
