KA Wiring loom relocation, now it wont start???

Alright now my 89' SOHC KA had alittle problem with the wiring harness that went under the Driver side fender well rubbing on the tire because I was so low. So we decided to unplug it and ran it under the hood then plugged it all back in an now it wont start unless we push it. So I searched the forums and found alot of things to check but still nothin. So when you turn the key the starter isnt making any clicking sound and the battery voltage stays the same. Also when you turn the key I can hear a click that comes from the fuse box next to the pedals and when the key is turned to acessories I can feel the two green relays click in the fuse box next to the water overflow. So Im lost, everything is plugged in where it is suppose to be anyone have any suggestions

Did you check the grey ALT fuse near the overflow tank?

Grey alt fuse checks out fine and we bridged the starter with a screwdriver while someone held the key on the crank position and the starter spun.
