s14 KW coilover install

i cannot figure out how the rear KW coilovers are supose to torque down to the oem mounts. is the bushing that goes between the spring perch and the upper mount supose to be discarded since i have a gap between the spring perch and the upper mount leaving the rubber gaurd loose between the spring perch and the mount ? or do i torque the shit out of the bushing so the mount is tight to the spring perch ?
