i read (crocop site )that crocop got a bigger cage and just had recently gone a nose surgery so, no fighting for awhile.

Heath Herring sucks imo, I don't see why UFC loves him so much. They always talk him up and he always has loses or has really boring fights.
Silva over Hendo, I like both but I gotta root for the Spyda.

I just read that "Big" John retired. I don't remember hearing them mention that at all on any of the events but I did notice a new guy that was huge. I wonder why they didn't really acknowledge him at all.

yea from what i hear hes also in law enforcement/or retired from that as well and has now opened up a MMA gym of some sort.

He's got a huge gym in Valencia, one of if not the biggest in CA, but he's gonna be an analyst for "The Fight Network" coverage of UFC events. I just figured UFC would've given him like a sendoff or something since he's been there almost since the beginning and his "let's get it on" is known as UFC basically.

WHy? cause hes been fighting on this level of mma for about 10yrs.. While his good days are far behind him .. He use to be a bad mofo.. If gets a trainer or apart of a team which right now I dont think he has either he could still be a contender in the ufc.. But IMHO I dont c him making one last run for it..

I think I only saw him fight once outside of UFC, but I remember when he first fought they made a huge deal about it and everytime he fights they always talk mad game about him and he never delivers. I guess they want to pump up their guys, but they make him sound like something he isn't.

dude that guy is nuts! i havent see much of pride, alwasy on tape that my buddies bring over, but i have never seen a live event. i looking forward to watchin BJ Penn fight this weekend. that will be an excellent fight. kinda want to watch Roy Jones Jr fight Tito also haha even though they are both done, i still want to see tito get knocked out.
