Alright my wheel literally almost fell off and then went home to replace the studs with brand new oem nissan ones for the rear. The lug nuts still get loose after driving and now from all the drive testing i got a flat tire somehow =(. Could this be my alignment? i just rotated the tires today since i have never done it. Please help!

studs stripped?

lugs stripped?

are they both the correct size?

are you torquing down to correct spec?

studs are brand new and the lug nut goes in fine and lugs are the extra ones i had laying around so they for sure are the correct size. Torquing them down 80 pounds. i had a recent camber arm snap in half and a new clutch put in if that has anything to do with it and im running a welded diff.

Make sure the studs are seated all the way. You hammer the old ones out and the new ones must be pressed in or pulled all the way til they seat. You can stack some washers on the stud and impact gun a lug nut on to do this but it takes more torque than normal. 80 ft pounds might not have been enough and when you drove it the studs seated further and thus loosened the lugs enough that they could come loose or off.

oh okay i will definately try that and i did notice 3 of the studs arent exactly seated all the way cept one stud, i did have some 5mm spacers (non hubcentric) in with stock studs before so maybe that might had a effect on it?

the spacers shouldnt be a problem.
be sure to seat the studs all the way down onto the hub. impact it in or just have someone step on the brake while u tighten em down.
u dont want ur wheels to fall off now do u
