Angry s13 hatch electrical problem

I've become desperate and endless searching has found nothing. About a month ago I was at a car show. It had been a rain free week and weekend. Car ran fine all weekend. Left to go home around 3 am. My dash started dimming out. The following is a list of things that do NOT work.

Tail lights
Dash lights
Dash Gauges(speedo, tach, temp, fuel)
Turn signals
Digital clock (lit but no numbers appear)
Automatic seat belts

Things at do work:
Headlights high/low beam
Motor
Starter
Fuel pump
Boost/ digital volt/ digital water temp gauges (hard wired into radio harness)

Its a sr motor. I don't have a radio because I put a over sized tach in its place so I could still see my rpms at the track. It's wired to the ecu and works fine.

Volt gauge reads 10-11v start up(motorcycle battery) and 12.5-13v when running.

I have checked main fuse block with a buddies perfectly fine car.

The weird part is if it sits for a few days everything will come back on but dies shorty after. Im vompletely lost here and cant figure out what could be happening. Ive relocated the wheel well harnesses and they are fine also. If anyone could point me in the right direction please do!

Its something in the brake system. Does anyone know it there is a circuit or a common switch shared between the brake switch and the dash? I've been running a ka alternator. I have a spare sr alternator. But I don't think that would cause the electrical problem I'm having. I double checked all my grounds and cleaned them again. Anyone have a single clue.

My guess would be alternator, sounds like the same thing that was happening to my car, I think you can check the voltage of the alternator with a multimeter.
