just more sr skipping problems.

I have searched, a lot, and tried a lot of different things before posting this. But I am running out of ideas. to start it out I have had my 240 for about a half year, and some stuff on the car was a bit sketchy rigged when I bought it. So one day my 240 started dying with no idle and I found out that night, that my air filter had some how fallen off during a sliding session. I had been taking in straight air, After that day my car ran like complete crap. I replaced my spark plugs and coil packs and it started running better but for some reason I cant boost between 3-4k rpms. But if I slowly get it above 4000 rpms then I can boost from 4k to redline no problem. I gapped my plugs to .3 and for some reason first gear boosts fine now but the rest don't, I cleaned my throttle body and the idling was fixed. I changed my MAF, didn't help. I checked for vacuum leaks and boost leaks and found nothing. I read my fuel pressure the other day and it said 90!!! I didnt know if it was because it was too cold or what, but I ordered an fpr immediately and will be installing soon. Does this sound like possible leaky injector? Thanks for all the help in advance.

crank down your fuel pressure to 42 psi and gap the plugs to .030, not .3.

id specify if u want him to run 42psi running or key on, also gap is very vital and id check to see if they are correctly gap'd. does it boost scramble or just loses power? "falls on its face"?

I just installed my megan fpr. My car has never started up and idled like it does now! But the pressure was at about 75. I lowered it of course but if I go all the way to 43 my car ends up bogging out I have to keep it around 50? I should add that since I bought the car there was always a gas smell that I have yet to find. I was told it just needed a fuel pump gasket/o-ring, but it makes me scared it's my injectors

It boost scrambles if you mean that it kinda jumps and seems like its trying. I had gapped .030 and first boosted fine other gears still miss at 3-4k, I tried .025 and it just made all gears miss, I tried .035 and that made it worse.
