Car runs rough, Loss of power

my son has a 240sx as well, same year, so i have tried some of his parts to diagnose my problem. So I know the parts I have are good. The motor is a ka24de as well.

so the idle is somewhat consistent, but not steady, motor seems a bit rough at idle. drives smooth, but seems to bog and wont accelerate up a hill in 4th or 5th.

list of what i have tried replacing or swapping from other car:
MAF
fuel pump
checked both ignition and cam timing
fuel filter
fuel injectors and new o rings
spark plugs
plug wires
ignition coil X2
power transistor X2
Coolant temp sensor
O2 sensor have tried with and without, as well as removed to diagnose the cat
whole distributor
dist cap
rotor button
extra grounding

i need to adjust the tps correctly, but moving it a hair seemed to make a bit of a difference, have to get a multimeter and try to do that right. the only other thing i thought about was swapping the ecu from the other car and see what happens. also i have no CEL on.

any help would be greatly appreciated

also when it is idling rough you will want to unplug the injectors one at a time and see if you can isolate a cylinder. That will bring you closer to the answer if it is something mechanical like a valve sealing problem. If its a piston you will have smoke and oil consumption.
