dogs show unconditional love to us. no matter what mood we may be in, they will always be right at our side. they dance with joy when we come home, put their heads on our knees and stare longingly into our eyes. we get the love and loyalty we so richly deserve and so rarely receive from them.
for all those little pups we have all lost. r.i.p. little guys. we will get to see them again one day. im a firm believer in that.

And the truer line is: Dogs always act like they haven't seen you in years whenever you come home and they are always sad to see you go.

sorry to hear your lose man.. think imma cry now.. i miss my lil Chihuahua too.. the only Chihuahua i ever had.. he would run up and i could pick him up and just hold him like a baby.. lol *i know some guys idea of dogs is a masculine relationship as in having big brute dogs, but i grew attached to this lil guy*, he was like a pocket sized dobermine, always trying to be the alpha male of the group too.. *i posted a story on zilvia last year about how he decided to dig underneath our chainlink fence to go fight the nieghbors 4 or so pitbulls.. and i ran over and saw him getting ripped up i couldnt take it nor was i gonna go over there*
Its wierd because the dogs I had during my childhood, lived very long lives as they grew up with me, yet the ones around when we are adults, have different destinies.

Sorry man. I've been there a couple times and is sucks to say the least.
It is amazing how quickly you get attatched to a pet. I just got a chocolate lab in January and I couldn't imagine loosing her. She did give us a scare a couple weeks ago with some rat poison though...Old home owners just left that shit lying around everywhere...
