s13 electrical issue no seat belt-inside lights-radio

I have a issue on my 1992 Nissan 240sx one day last year I turned on the a/c and the radio went out, then when I go to get out of my car the seat belts don't move anymore unless I turn the key to the on position, and at night I realized that my lights don't work. I have the se and none of the lights work anymore and everything went out at the same time does anyone know why this has happend to me all at once? Any help appreciated thank you

First things first I would get the battery and alternator tested. Obviously I'm sure you already checked all the fuses.

Check the 75A Relay in the Engine Bay Passenger Side.

Have you checked the driver side kick panel for blown fuses? There is definitely a 10a in there for the radio.

When you say your lights don't come on, are you referring to your interior lamps or headlights?

It is the interior top lights that switch on and off and no fuses are blown.
