UPDATE: Vadriven Meet Location has been changed; Caravan Location stays the same

A word from the organizer:

"I recieved and E-mail from the sportsplex. The lady i spoke with is also a member of parks and rec. She said there will be a few fees. She also mentioned that the whole management of parks and rec is being changed over and will be completely new by april. This is the reasoning behind having new people contacting me.

Next years event will be taken care of at the end of this summer and will be set in stone by january 20th. This is word from the new members of parks and rec. The permit can be submited on the first working day of the new year and all fees will be explained in plenty of time. No more of this last minute garbage.

Thanks to all for sticking it out.

"anyone interested in meeting in fredericksburg area we are meeting 815-830ish at kfc parking lot in massaponax... im planing on just pulling on 95 and meeting the nova crew on 95"
