OK i kinda want to the sleepy eye on my car! what exactly do i need to do this? materials? tools?

tools needed: Search button located on the top of the forum

its been covered plenty of times.

go pop your hood, take off the caps on the headlight motors and turn them til your headlights are "sleepy" enough for you
