S13 SR chirping - video

What is this noise? Sounds like a crazy canary. First start up after 264/264 hks, bc valves, v springs, retainers, and ras. Doesn't sound like belts. Maybe something in the head? Also new timing chain kit was put in but left out top guide. I know the KA guys do this only but I figured I'd leave it out.

Or am I just an idiot and it is my belts.

UPDATE It was my belt/tensioner for the A/C belt. The belt finally broke and I found the tensioner to be stuck...wtf? I'm going to take it off and clean it up. Install with new belts etc... not really a biggie because I don't really need A/c here.

Did you replace the belts or did you just tighten the pulleys. I just tightened the pulleys earlier and the sound is still there. My belts seem to be in good condition. There are no cracks in them.
