Maybe you replaced it with bad calipers?

Rebuild them? or replace them with new ones?

how old is the master cylinder? you should be able to upgrade it to a 280zx one as well

Dave

ps. i have a b210 polished brake booster that i may not be able to fit in my 510 when i put in the gigantor turbo pm me if interested....

he's not riding around with the ebrake still up is he?

the ebrake cables may be old and not releasing the drums (assuming he's still drum brakes in the back.....i also selling wilwood rear disc conversion for 510 since i have an s13 rear subframe in mine now..) i'll just make a huge 510 parts sell thread when i get ready >_<

Are your rear brake calipers full sliding type, or are they the type that have to be turned clockwise to be decompressed back into there bore?

Are all 4 corners locoking or is it just the rears? or just one caliper(s)?

Is he using the same mastercylinder for the disc set-up, that came with it for the drum brakes?
