Updated pic I took today to show the wideband gauge placement, gauge not included but there is a 52mm hole you can put whatever you want. A wideband or a boost gauge would be my suggestions.

so does this come with sensors to monitor, say, oil temp/pressure, h20 temp, etc, or do you hafta purchase those separately?

Comes with 1 pressure and 1 temp sensor. Can add additional of course. I was using them for water temp and oil pressure. Temp sensors are around $70 from rhdjapan and I am not sure about pressure I never checked on them.
