s14 car not starting fule pump prob!?!

S14 sr20DET RED TOP

so i was driving home today and i was at a stop and when i took off my car bogged and turned off now it dont wanna start.
first thing that comes to my head fule pump when out.
I check all fuses and relays and all r good but i noticed that the fule pump wasnt turning on when i turned the ignition switch so i whent ahead and pulld the fule pump out and i tested it with direct power and it worked!!!!!! wtf!!
so now im clueless on wat it could be. anybody have any idea ???


REALLY APPRECIATE IF U GUYS CAN GIVE ME SOME HELP!!!

break out the multimeter and follow the wires, man.

best way to test for fuel would be the pull the fuel line after the fuel filter. this not only checks to see if your fuel pump is working but it also verifies that the filter is not plugged up. plus it's a lot quicker and easier to do.

also, check your plugs as they may also be fouled up. if that is the case, replace them. you can also crank your motor with the spark plugs out to get rid of any excess fuel in the combustion chamber. just make sure you aren't smoking or anything lol.
