Oil Pressure Gauge

I'm trying to clean up a few screw ups someone did to this car, fortunately not many, but I wanted to double check on this oil pressure gauge. It is the Greddy one with the warning so it has the data link. As far as I can tell everything is hooked up (except the 12v constant and 12v ignition are wired to the same spot) but the gauge itself lights up and has power but still doesn't work. Usually I would just figure the sensor went bad but I've never had one of these data link deals so could it be something else that I'm missing or could the two 12v wires cause that big of a problem? Going to get different gauges soon but in the mean time it would be nice to get this one working.

I was going to get it all rewired tomorrow when it's light out. I'll double check the plugs tomorrow too but for the little bit that I was upside down and sideways under the dash they seemed alright.

Id be jiggling them a little bit with your eye on the gauge, maybe one has some loose wires

Alright got it figured out. After tearing apart the cluster **** of wires everything was wired in except the 12v constant. It actually split at some point under some electrical tape and then ran a ways on it's own to end up absolutely nowhere. Not hooked in at all. Who in the heck hooks everything else up but leaves that wire out. Anyway the gauge works now and at idle ended up at 4 kg/cm2. Seems quite a bit high to me but at least the oil pump works lol. If anyone has decent psi gauges for a good price let me know.
