After failing smog a second time (It was better than the last time, my friend's Omar and Amir helped me out with some good info and words of advice), I came to the conclusion that the vacuum lines were hooked up incorrectly by the previous owner. My EGR wasn't producing any vacuum, I was told that the EGR-BPT was bad, but I can't rule that out unless the vacuum lines are hooked up correctly.

I decided to put my fear of reading a vacuum diagram aside and color-code some from a shop manual I have in a PDF format.

I am not an expert when it comes to reading a vacuum diagram.

I color coded it the best I could. IF ANYTHING IS WRONG OR OFF, please let me know (or "save as" and open in MSPaint and re-do my hack job, and re-post)

Any can any emission/vacuum experts help me out here???

I'm rebuilding my KA and I'm kinda stuck in this part too, can anyone chime in on this. COME ON DO IT!

Katsumbhong, check your egr control solenoid, it regulates the amount of vacuum that the egr recieves.
